       JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage online shops to sell products at “Beauty”, “Health”, “Watches” or relevant categories
  • Manage and execute e-commerce operations to boost online sales (pricing, promoting over marketplaces, order processing, etc.) 
  • Compline accurate and optimize title, product description, bullet points, and images to present products features 
  • Analyze the best selling products by category at major online marketplaces (i.e. Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc…)
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance

     

       QUALIFICATION:

  • Have at least 1 year experiences in selling products online, familiar with the opening store procedures in major market places such as Tokopedia/ Shopee/ Bukalapak.
  • Good knowledge of website keyword selection and analysis.
  • Ability to analyze content and functionality of marketplaces
  • At least Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing, mathmatics or commerce related major should be valued. 
  • Worked for digital ad agencies, EC company/division and those market places is a plus. Especially the experience to negotiate with marketplaces will be appreciated.
  • Ability to analyze content and functionality of marketplaces
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Have basic experienced as merchandiser and marketing.
  • Proficient in english is a must

     

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
  • Strong sales connections with either manufacturers or distributors in the toileteries, cosmetics, supplements, watches or household items should be assets. 

 

       QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field at least 2 years. 
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B consultation or business development. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Very good understanding of e-commerce or retail industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
  • Proficient in english is a must

  • Monitor and Analyze traffic, daily order, and product data (or any marketplace data) to come up with new marketing measures to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Analyze and monitoring implemented marketing measures and improve it to get better result in the future.
  • Monitor and analyze Monthly Sales Target & Key Performance.
  • Co-work with BizDev Team and do the right project management for our clients

  • Reply costumer chats on marketplace’s, following up on customer interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues.
  • Suggest other products or alternative products if the requested product is sold out.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Broadcast Promotion to customers through chat.
  • Collect customer responses from chat surveys.
  • Prepare Customer activity monthly reports.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Provide help for the Sellers when required / requested

   

       QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum D3 from any Major.
  • Minimum 1 year professional experiences in customer support services.
  • Strong interests in learning product knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
  • Willingness to participate in training on-the job.
  • Excellent in understanding the questions from customer through chat
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skill in Bahasa for service industry.
  • Minimum Passive English Skill.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.
